ARRANGEMENTS FOR BREEDING

       Only females with AKC or CKC registration, OFA approved hips and eyes approved by a board certified veterinary ophthalmologist will be bred.

       Stud fee is $350.00 and shall be considered due and payable after one (1) or more successful couplings. Included in the stud fee is a $100.00 nonrefundable deposit, which is due apon delivery and acceptance of the female by Stud owner.
       A litter resulting in 2 or more pups shall be considered a successful breeding. Should the breeding fail, the stud owner agrees to offer a second breeding at no additional expense. Expenses incurred in the pick up, delivery and boarding of the applicant's animal shall remain those of the applicant. Stud owner shall provide reasonable care and maintenance for the applicant's animal consistent with the care and maintenance provided to his own animals. Applicant shall provide written power of attorney authorizing medical treatment in the event of need and further agrees to reimburse stud owner in the event of such medical need.

       The completed AKC Litter Registration shall be sent to the Stud owner on or before the fourteenth day after whelping. Stud owner shall provide the required informarion and return same via US Mail. Should you need a request for litter registration, you can request or download one from the AKC Website.
